Josiah Hincks are pleased to announce the arrival of new Associate Solicitor and Head of Commercial Property, Neal Patterson.
Neal trained in Leicestershire and qualified as a solicitor in 2004 spending 7 years in private practice in Leicestershire and Nottingham, gaining experience in high net worth residential property, commercial property and agricultural property work.
In 2011, Neal joined a national charity as an in house lawyer with a specific remit to advise the board of trustees on their role as corporate property holding trustees. For 8 years Neal looked after 250 trust properties and advised over 500 affiliated charities on their property needs. Neal developed an expertise in charity property law, charity governance and structures and trustee responsibilities and duties.
A keen rugby fan, Neal coaches a local youth team and occasionally plays the odd game. He also served a two year term of office as Honorary Secretary to England Colleges RFU.
