HSBC Bank have confirmed that they will no longer be offering executorship services. Customers who previously appointed HSBC Trust Company (UK) Limited (HSBC) as an Executor of their Will are being asked to appoint an alternative Executor in place of HSBC.
HSBC have passed their business to another Company, but we find that many of our clients prefer to appoint Josiah Hincks Solicitors as executors as they want to ensure that local quality and affordable advice is received.
