Zoe advises on both contentious and non-contentious civil disputes including Contested Probate, Property Litigation, Commercial Disputes, Landlord and Tenant Disputes and Clinical Negligence.
Zoe has dealt with all stages of litigation from pre-action work all the way through to trial, engaging in Mediation as a method of resolving disputes. Zoe acts for a variety of clients including corporate clients as well as private individuals and provides clear and concise advice on various aspects of civil disputes.
Zoe attended the University of Sheffield where she obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course. She joined Josiah Hincks in 2019 as a Commercial and Litigation Paralegal and was subsequently offered a Training Contract in 2020.
In November 2021 Zoe successfully completed her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor.
