Family Solicitor

We’re looking for a Family Solicitor to join our growing team and to be responsible for the handling of a varied caseload of family matters.

We are looking for someone with 2+years PQE and ideally someone with the desire for progression. As part of our growing Family team you will work closely with and report directly to the head of the Family department.

The range of private Family work will include; divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial proceedings relating to divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, all private children issues, including financial applications (Schedule 1), prenuptial agreements and pre-civil-partner agreements, advice for unmarried families, international aspects of separation and divorce, domestic violence and protection from abuse, and injunctions.

You should be confident in front of clients and be committed to providing an exceptional level of service to them.
