Sue originally joined the firm as a Junior Secretary in the Leicester Office in 1984. She later trained to become a Conveyancing Executive.
She is experienced in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and Residential Property matters. Sue advises clients on selling and buying properties (including leasehold, right to buy and shared ownership), re-mortgage work, transfer of equity and boundary enquiries.
She can act for clients with mortgages from all the main lenders and also many smaller Building Societies.
