Katie Critchley is a Wills and Probate (Private Client) Solicitor based in our Hinckley office. She achieved a first-class honours LLB undergraduate law degree at Aberystwyth University in 2018 and a distinction in her postgraduate LLM Master’s degree at BPP University Birmingham in 2019.
She qualified as a solicitor in July 2022 after completing her training contract. She then joined Josiah Hincks in 2024.
She specialises in the Private Client sector, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts.
She is known for her high standard of client care, professionalism, and approachable nature. She takes pride in high quality service to clients and she is always developing her skills and knowledge within her chosen specialism.
