Charlotte studied Law at De Montfort University, graduating in 2020, before completing her Masters and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2021.
She started her career by joining a small firm in South Leicestershire as a paralegal in 2021, starting a training contract in 2022 and ultimately qualifying as a solicitor in 2024 before joining Josiah Hincks.
Charlotte has particular experience in the administration of farming estates and estates involving agricultural assets, complementing the firm’s agricultural expertise and NFU panel solicitor appointment. She is also developing her expertise in agricultural succession planning and intends to begin the pathway towards full STEP membership in the near future.
