Chantelle completed her law degree at Nottingham Trent University in 2015 and thereafter completed the Legal Practice Court at De Montfort University in 2017.
She advanced her training in personal injury, clinical negligence and Court of Protection. She then chose to focus her experience and knowledge in Property Litigation dealing with an array of property matters, expertly developing in the realm of Landlord and Tenant disputes.
Chantelle specialises in property disputes such as boundary issues, Landlord and Tenants disputes, evictions and contractual disputes. Chantelle has vast experience and knowledge in Civil Litigation which allows her to deal with all aspects of this area regularly and has experience in commercial disputes, debt recovery, employment disputes inclusive of settlement agreements, contentious probates disputes dealing with the validity of Wills and I(PFD)A claims and contractual disputes. Chantelle focuses on the importance of the client’s perspective and the advantageous nature to clients and their businesses in procuring settlement of potentially hostile and costly litigation and disputes. She has a vast knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and the process and procedure of Civil Litigation.
Chantelle is known for her positive attitude and ability to take complexed ideas, concepts, or information into a more accessible and understandable format for clients and for her thinking outside the box approach. She also continues to update her skills through professional development courses.
