Karen Middleton is a Senior Associate Licensed Conveyancer and Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department based in our Blaby office.  She joined the firm in March 2020 and has over 20 years’ experience of handling residential property matters. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in April 2010.

Karen has considerable experience of dealing with all areas of residential Property Law, including but not limited to sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, Help To Buy, sales of part, plot purchases, lease extensions or staircasing, unregistered land and shared ownership.  She also deals with Declarations of Trust, Deeds of Easement or Release, Overage Provisions, Statutory Declarations, tenancy agreements and adverse possession applications.

Karen has helped hundreds of property owners in relation to their residential transactions.  Her experience, together with her logical thinking and attention to detail, is essential when dealing with complicated legal titles or unusual transactions.  She continues to regularly update her skills through completing a number of professional development courses in Conveyancing.
