Conveyancing Executive
Sue Oswell originally joined the firm as a Junior Secretary at the Leicester Office in 1984. She later trained to become a Conveyancing Executive and since 2000 Sue has been based at the firm’s Coalville Office. She is experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing. Sue advises clients on selling and buying properties (including leasehold, right to buy and shared ownership), remortgage work, transfer of equity and boundary enquiries.
