Joined the practice in 1983 having graduated from Birmingham University with a Bachelor of Law Degree. He is the joint Managing Partner of Josiah Hincks and specialises in Company and Commercial Law, Property Development and Agricultural Law. Neil has previously sat on advisory committees for the Environment Agency and is a strategic advisor to the Boards of his client companies.

He has recently been involved in the Leicester Football Club Plc (Leicester Tigers) ground redevelopment project.

Other recent deals include a land and asset swap for University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust with a value of circa £40 million.

He has also advised land owners on options for strategic land development to major builders, diversification projects and renewable energy schemes.

Neil also has a growing interest in Sports Law providing advice to professional sportsmen on image rights and sponsorship deals.
