Having been a fellow of the Legal Executives for 8 years, Andrew completed a conversion course and was admitted as a solicitor in December 1993. He joined the firm in 1996 and is the joint Managing Partner of Josiah Hincks. He specialises in Company and Commercial matters including Commercial Litigation, Wills, Probate, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning for high-worth clients. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He has been instrumental in the setting up of a number of charities whom he not only advises as to their duties and the law but also in some cases acts as one of the trustees.
